Water Department Online Payment System Upgraded

The Casa Water Facility has been working on a new billing system for the past several months, with this upgrade is a new payment system. If you have been using the previous online system, you will need to re-register in the new system.

You will need to have your bill or account number on hand to set up a new account in the BillPay portal.
