CASA WATER RATE STUDY RESULTS

In late November, ARWA returned our state required rate study and determined that our current flat rate of $35 for the first 1,000 gallons and $5.05 for the next 1,000 gallons is fine.

They do recommend dropping the third tier charges ,which was done immediately.

They also recommend that in future we raise the rate at an annual rate of 3% in January of each year.

We will not implement this until January of 2026 , due to the large increase we faced this year.

These findings have been filed with the ANRC at the Department of Agriculture as required by state law.
